Refurbishment and Extension of a Victorian Semi-detached residence in the Malone Conservation Area, Belfast.

Commencing on site in 2024, the project involved a full renovation, alteration and a two-storey extension to an existing semi-detached Victorian house in the Malone Conservation Area in South Belfast.

Requiring sensitivity to the surrounding, the material palette is restrained and uses lime-washed brick externally to connect to the material palette of the existing house.

Internally a two storey atrium connects the ground floor and first floor and brings light down to the new dining and living spaces below.
