Refurbishment of a private house, South Dublin.

The existing residence on a South Dublin Victorian terrace was refurbished with a view to the potential for future extension.

A simple palette of materials was used throughout, reflected in the kitchen design (Porter and Jones) which complements the lightness of touch elsewhere. A new chevron parquet floor was used across the ground floor rooms.
